These Salt Ranges are located in various parts of Asia and are known to be over 250 million years old. Some sources claim that these ranges were formed even before pre-cambrian era.

Once mined, the Salt Crystals are not reconfigured or reassembled in any manner. About Salt Rock:

Salt Rock was formed through natural evolutionary geological process. It is estimated that Salt Rock was formulated over 250 million years ago.

The primary source of Salt Rock Lamps and Candleholders are mines located in Asia and Central & Eastern Europe. Salt Crystals are mined from 500 to 800 meters (depending upon the location of mine) underneath the earth’s surface. Usually explosives and standard methods of washing by water vapor are avoided when mining these crystals.

Ancient Ionic Crystal - Salt Candleholders

This product line includes two items. The Natural Candleholders are carefully sorted in order to preserve their natural form and shape. The Fengshui Candleholders, with their natural form preserved, are carefully carved through specialized machinery in order to get their distinctive shape.

The base of both candleholders is carved out to be flat and is fixed with small plastic legs.

Both candleholders have a neatly carved shaft to accommodate a tea light candle. The shell of the candleholder protects the flame of the tea light candle, thereby making it a safe product.

Simply place a tea light candle in the hole carved inside the candleholder.

Ancient Ionic Crystal – Salt Lamps

This product line currently includes four items. The Natural Mini Lamps and Natural Small Lamps are carefully sorted in order to preserve their natural form and shape. The Fengshui Lamps, with their natural form preserved, are carefully carved through specialized machinery in order to get their distinctive “Round” or “Egg” shapes.

These lamps come with a fixed polished wooden base. A neat shaft is carved through the base of the lamp into its body to house the bulb. Also supplied with the product is a six foot (UL approved) electric cord with socket, adjustable fixing clip and on/off switch. A 25W bulb also accompanies the product.

Simply fix the bulb in the socket and insert the bulb inside the shaft while fixing the adjustable clip to hold on to the inner core of the wooden base. The lamp is ready to be used. To replace bulb, gently press one side of the adjustable clip and pull out the cord with bulb.

When lit it produces a beautiful luminosity that is unique and natural.

Caring for your Ancient Ionic Crystal Lamps and Candleholders

Salt has hygroscopic properties and, therefore, has the ability to absorb moisture from the air.

These Lamps and Candleholders should not be placed outdoors and should be kept away from dampness and moisture.

In places of high humidity the Lamps and Candleholders (if not lit for a long time) might accumulate dampness on the surface or crystallization on the base. In such circumstances simply wipe off the dampness or crystallization with a dry cotton cloth.

To remove accumulation of dust, wipe off the surface using a slightly damp cloth or brush.

It is recommended to keep the product lit for at least a few hours every day. This will protect the item from accumulating any excessive moisture.

In case you plan not to use the product for a long duration, just cover the lamp with a plastic bag and seal it tightly to prevent moisture and dampness from accumulating.


Precautions:

Keep the crystal away from water and humidity.

Crystal gets hot when in use, do not touch.

Keep away from the reach of children and pets.

Crystal should be placed in a secure place to avoid falls that might cause injury and/or damage the product.

Do not turn the lamp on/off when hands are wet.

Unplug the lamp before changing light bulb to avoid electric shock.

Use up to 30 watts bulb.

Return Policy

If, for some reason, the merchandise received by you is not to your satisfaction, we pledge to replace the product free of charge. In such an event we shall issue a Return Authorization Number which will be required to ship the return item back to us. You will need to return the product with its original packaging and labeling along with a completed Return Authorization Form.

We would also be happy to issue a Merchandise Credit instead of replacing the product, should that be preferable to you. With the merchandise credit you will be able to purchase other Ancient Ionic Crystal products for the amount of the credit. Shipping and Handling will have to be paid separately for such purchases.
